Your brain is making decisions for you that you may not be aware of.
#beawareofyourbiases

If you’re a human reading this almost at the end of your day, you’ve made almost 30,000 decisions today.
That sound like a lot ?
Well, it is quite a lot.
and, with our world becoming more complex with an increased number of choices. (think, amazon & tinder) ..
.. your brain needs to take over without bothering you too much.
How does the brain act alone? It relies on shortcuts (biases and habits) to take a call on your behalf.

In all likelihood, you woke up this morning and brushed your teeth.
That’s your brain knowing what to do first thing in the morning and acting on it without your active involvement.
But, you don’t want this to happen with some critical decisions you make in life.
These are the decisions that have a REAL impact on how you feel about yourself… if you are stressed or joyous.
So, the next time you find your brain taking over important financial decisions.. say, if you should get the insurance your friend is trying to sell to you or the flashy credit card the bank is advertising… Pause and LEARN.

Learn what’s best for you and not just what seems familiar because people around you happen to be making those choices… maybe it's not them but their brain taking a shortcut.
